Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. This can be made securely online via card payment, bank transfer, Apple pay and other select payment methods.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment, or missed appointments (no-shows), will be charged in full. This is because your appointment slot - including travel time to your home - is reserved exclusively for you.

If you need to cancel, please contact me as early as possible by phone/email.

If I’m unable to reach you at the appointment time (e.g. you’re not home), I will wait up to 10 minutes before treating this as a no-show, and the full fee will apply.

Once a consultation appointment has been agreed, a payment link will be sent to your provided email address via Stripe before the consultation.
