  • To help assess, plan and deliver your physiotherapy treatment. If the client is unsure as to why a particular piece of information is relevant to their treatment they must ask.

  • Liaising with your GP or other health professional about your care.

  • Maintaining clinical records as required by professional bodies.

  • Process client bookings, notify the client of changes to services and send clients information that may be relevant to their treatment. 

  • Invoicing and book keeping.

  • Responding to enquiries made via the website.

Security precautions in place to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of clients information - When clients give Erin Spragg Physiotherapy personal information, steps are taken to ensure that it’s treated securely. Details (clients email address etc.) are transmitted normally over the internet, and this can never be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Erin Spragg Physiotherapy cannot guarantee the security of any information clients transmit to us, and clients do so at their own risk. Once clients information is received, Erin Spragg Physiotherapy makes its best effort to ensure its security on their systems.
